You're not going to lose the account. There were some bugs in the past where people had to wait for a while until they were fixed and manually merged, but no one actually lost an account.
For peaceful play x1 or x2 fleet speed would be the obvious choice.

before anyone points it out, I've already looked at the Graveyard FAQ's.
Here are my questions:
I have a 1.7b account in Oberon EN, and i want to move from that universe.
What do I need to do?
Where can I go?
What should i do to avoid risking losing my account as I've seen 100's people complaining about loss of accounts in the graveyard.
Also, what's the most peaceful uni where people can do mining in PEACE without people screwing them over?

That's an insane amount of money spent ._.
It would have been better if buying packages was capped to a maximum of 1 purchase per day...
That's unfair to players who've been grinding their asses off for years but anyway me saying that won't change anything.
