i think an increase in the Peaceful fleet speed would be good, even if the change is only to x2 or x3. feel like that change would benefit everyone

So, Nolaw is someone who came out of nowhere, he went pack crazy and took the number 1 spot over night building the biggest fleet in the uni. But he never did anything, so we all acted and played like he wasn't there, till one day he mobiled in on someone and while he was offline I took the hit from him, after that he got quite angry. A few weeks after that I got a message from him, he was almost in tears because I probed one of his planets and he started talking about how we haven't hit him yet, the usual. So of course after he said that me and JC had to start watching him waiting for him to make a mistake, and last week he did. He fleet was sitting behind a turtle on his planet, so when we noticed, we flew and he came on with 3 minutes left on the attack.
