No more bots. After I crashed two of them more than hundred accounts mysteriously went to vacation mode. Few weeks later, more than hundred accounts (funny and real) got banned
So I'm the #1 most hated player in the universe for ruining everyone's party.
But it's ok - there are other targets and I will post a new number one (lol) later today
But why were you also banned?

There was hardly CRs here (in tw forum in general) because the forum was a mess -- with many obsolete uni but not the relatively newer ones (yes Hyperion was one of those that didn't get its own section), until maybe July this year. Partly because of this (which had been going on forever, probably since the change of forum style a few years ago) few people were interested in sharing anything on the forums anymore.
So don't make allegations without knowing the facts
(not to mention that you only just merged into this uni a few days ago as you said yourself). This kind of behavior makes you look "funny" too
In any case, hope you're enjoying the profits. Let's see if you want to deactivate your own vmode and resume this activity. I'm sure people are eager to see what's next

Why would you think that Impulse Drive lv19 would take over Hyperspace Drive lv 16? the former would only give 20% * 19 = 380% speed-up while the latter 30% * 16 = 480%

I think this is obvious and must have been mentioned by someone sometime ago on a similar topic: no one has the incentive to "erase" botting and/or cheating in a game because there's profit in it. It's just like pirating, which creates an easy access (to the music, movies, TV shows, or whatever copyrighted) for people, thereby attracting more viewership and hence more people actually spending money on the "original" stuff (and by extension the merchs). The copyright owners may occasionally pursue legal means to stop pirating, but they're never gonna "erase" it, as long as a non-zero portion of the piraters would still spend money. IMO, the situation is very similar in the case of OGame, and for the "p2w" mechanism as well as botting. For the latter, I think it's safe to assume that scripters/botters are likely to pay more DM (and be "serious" about the game because they may feel that they actually have something to lose) and therefore create more revenue for GF. So even if GF had the means to completely stop and erase botting, they probably would not choose to do it.
just my opinion. hope I didn't break any rules by laying these out.
Most people who bot don't spend money on DM because they don't need too. Botting loses revenue for GF because people get tired of the game and quit because of botters and some players don't spend DM because no matter how much they spend they can't keep up with the botters
I agree partially with what you said but I know for a fact that some botters spend way more DM than others, because they want to further "accelerate" the progress on their account(s), in addition to their believing that they are "in control" (so spending real money would seem less risky). So even just one such guy (botter) exists, GF would earn more (in some spirit this is also similar to the "Mondmacher" guy in DE who willingly spent A LOT and could single-handedly make up the majority of GF's income).
Perhaps it's my ignorance but I don't think there is any bot that could completely replace what DM does, so "botting" definitely does not equal "not needing to spend on DM".

50% 50% would make it possible to deduce the defence points, so the current formula is "ok"...
But on a similar topic, I wonder why there's no ranking for defence points

Hi,
Suppose I'm a Collector and my shipyard is already building a ton of ships with a week-long queue. Can I still put in the queue to build crawlers and then switch my class to Discoverer and General? Will the crawlers still be built when the queue is cleared in a week's time now that I'm no longer a Collector?
Thanks in advance.
