Hey all,
Haven't played for last, I don't know, 6 years (?) maybe more, and now returning, I am very fond of all the new additions that are in game, life forms, techs etc, and I think it's pretty cool that we have now different planet skins, titles and even avatars.
Is there a possibility to ask from GF to add images of ships, defensive units, buildings, whatever, as a part of avatar, prior to redesign?
I remember when I started playing this, a fricking long time ago, wasn't even a teenages, I was rushing bombers as they looked so fricking cool, and I'm still a huge fan of them, and would 100% rock them as an avatar picture. Plus, all other ships in the old design look cool as hell. There was a desktop background available of old battleship design (which looked cool as hell), and a destroyer that I was switching whenever I felt like it.

Hello all, long time no see, if I may add my two cents here as an old timer coming back. Nice to see some old faces, some not so much, and there are not enough new ones.
Hostile x2 I feel is like the gold standard and defines what Vega is, going x1 is ridiculous and anything higher than current setting just a delusional and wishful thinking.
Two biggest points here might be deut in DF and defense in DF. To add one is ok to an extent, to add both is too big of a buff for big fleets and outright preposterous. Plus defense in df, up to what percentage is "reasonable"? As standards for todays fleets is what, couple of tens of thousands of rips? Bananas.
If us, miners and peaceful players can't have x10 eco, why should we say yes to any of two above?
Also, if we were to go with options like this, percentage needs to be worked on as well:
"Debris 60% + deut in DF ON (the two options would be voted on together)",
ie. df even lower then, 50% might cut it.
TLDR;
From what I see at the moment, most of the proposed changes benefit fleeters, not much for the rest of the folks.
