    No man... just without resource pack where all the server generated resources are from fleets, expo and mines. DM on the server just so you can buy class change/merchant or complete fleet or research.


    As for Volans it's amazing that GF did not take the server down ... it's like a bugged version of ogame (more bugged than usual i guess) and keep him on just to see people suffer.

    And you could do the same thing with the current system.
    Send resources with the colony, use it to build def for a ms, and use a few items for robo and nanite. and then build 1000LC to transport the resources to the moon.

    He wants to transport resources with probes so that he wont need to have resources on every moon to send attacks.

    Probes have a base 5 cargo and with LF can go over 20.If you make/have millions of probes you can just send resources to other moons to attack and not to have FS cargos on every moon.

    And if you want to attack in same system with probes can be done in under 5 min if you have cargo on probes. This is what he wants... not to attack inactive (and at this point with expo who even bother to attack inactive?) .

    I changed my mind and tried to minimize the losses.

    It is called expo button. It is fast, legit and free and the best part is that can be used without IQ tests.

    You can always post a SS with the attack and the return time of your fleet and see if you saved the fleet with expo button.Anyway congrats for not loosing the fleet... i guess.

    You can and vmode should have been changed long time ago. The game has evolved and devolved (if you look at bugs) from the time the game had day 1 ... but just 1 thing did not change and that is vmode.

    If you don't have time to play the game you stay in vmode (but i guess for some people 1h of spy and attack means that you have time to play the game).


    In faster fleet speeds, players basically have to fleetsave using vacation mode if they're not part of the winning coalition. (Thanks, moon destructions!)


    Your suggested change means that most fleeters simply can't play. So I strongly oppose it every time it comes up, unless there's also a suggestion for how to change moon destructions so that people can fleetsave normally.

    Most "fleeters" should not be fleeters or have a fleet if you can't play without vmode.

    There was many years ago the general idea to have some eco or deuterium production if you play as fleeter enough for attacks and FS but I guess you can play with a fleet now even if you have 0 eco because there is a safe FS (vmode).

    Vault Boy btw there was a little "feature" in the past with the add-on Infinity that you could spy/probe from the target menu and not go to every moon/galaxy to do it manually you know what happened with that feature? it got removed because it was something you could do in seconds and it was too close to "automatization" ... so to save a fleet in under 2s it is not for ogame.

    Ogame is about tactic and not to be in the situation to do a fleet save in under 2s... the goal is to play and try not to be in the place to try/to need do that fast fleet save.


    The expo menu/fleet escape I'm sure was not intended to be made to escape a fleet from crush but will be fixed after some time like 5-6 months because... GF.

    The fix can be a limit to the max number you can add to that expo menu .. like max "9999" or to be blocked and to not be used if you have 1 attack incoming to that coordinate .

    Yes... the game will need a balance to the ships ... like more RF on those cruisers from rips and lower base shields on BC and more RF on dessy vs bc .

    Can someone explain the Humans Metropol building to me.

    Let's say you have a level 15, that should boost 'the planet' existing research by 7.5%.

    At lvl 20 you have 10% on that planet.

    It is a building, so it is only relevant for the planet itself. So it boosts the resource production by 7.5%? And also the expeditions tech?

    It will boost all the tech research you have on that planet and the research tech is global. So if you have 10 planets with lvl 20 metropolis you will get the research worth of 11 planets (like 1 free planet of research).

    It will be like vmode/ipm play style ... will reward the players that fight in the bushes but will not bring something "new" or tactical to the game. It looks like more and more of the suggestions has no tactic in mind and just like a 1-3min flight to attack.

    This is true ... everything you did say after that makes no sense.. if you have a defence to take down you go to the shop and buy metal packs so you can make Rips. Ipm now is used just by the normal (not rich people?) after they get attacked... so you can't fix/improve something that is useless in the game by metal pack.

    It is amazing that you ppl fail to realize that all you do is fix the game (business of a company) so that ppl play the game and make GF money where if all the ppl would stop supporting this gam... bussines they would start to give so fuc....

    Many quit with the crappy Marketplace, GF actually removed it but didn't learn anything from it.

    The marketplace ideea was good it just needed some good restrictions and not to be able to sell ships on marketplace ... just resources and items.

    a -169C temp slot 15 planet that ends up in slot 1 will still be -169C

    You will never have a slot 15 planet moved to slot 1.The planets that you had on slot 13 - 14 - 15 will be moved to slot 13 - 14 - 15.If those positions have been taken you will be moved next system... if the next system has slots 13 - 14 - 15 taken you will be moved again next system. So... from 1:1:15 you can end up to 1:15:15 or 1:15:14 or even 1:15:13 but never on 1-12 from position 15 - 14 -13.


    You can also give yourself a free relocation by asking a friend to block the position (or every position) you have on the target uni with a deleted mobile colony.I did test this in the past and the game will give a free relocation even if the planet moved in same system from position 15 to 14.

    Also (tested) any colony from position 12 to 4 will try to be moved inside de 12 - 4 slots (same for 1 to 3).If all 12 to 4 is taken and position 13 / 14 / 15 are free the colony will not take those slots and will be moved next system until there is a free 12 - 4 position.So a 1:1:12 can get to 1:8:4 and yes a colony from 1:1:8 moved to 1:8:11 will loose the metal bonus.
