So is the order correct in my screenshot? As I believe it is given I launched last yet the cr shows no fleet, as if it had not landed... So I probe and the fleet is just sat there ..

Can someone please explain to me how timings work when it comes to a returning fleet, attacking fleet and harvesting.
Let's build the scenario.
1. Attacker see's a fleet using Sensor Phalanx. The fleet is due to return in 30 minutes and 22 seconds (let's say it's a random time of 17:55:22).
2. Attacker sends a fleet which will land in 30 minutes and 22 seconds (let's say it lands at the same time as the returning fleet seen on lanx of 17:55:22).
3. Attacker then sends Recyclers which will also land in 30 minutes and 22 seconds (let's say it lands at the same time as the returning fleet and attacking fleet).
Does the attack work?
Does the debris get harvested correctly assuming the attacker kills the defending fleet?
I ask because in the past 2 weeks, I've been ninja'ed when sending an attack to land 1 second after the returning fleet (by someone else sending his fleet and recs to land same second as returning fleet). I've also sent an attack to land same second as the returning fleet and it hasn't registered. No battle was initiated and it was as if the fleet wasn't there at all.
Any reply would be appreciated on how others understand this to work and what Ogame admins say...

A little hit... I noticed the guy was flying expo's from the planet (no moon present)... Thought.. I'll wait it out and just check tomorrow to see if on fleet save. Checked an hour later... No fleet movement and a 20 minute timer... I mean, he probably didn't fleet save because there's not much point without a moon....
