As Godiva mentioned, it would be a good idea to include the price you think is fair (with a brief explanation of how you arrived at that figure) to see if your proposal is well-received.

Go ahead and submit. Please note the numbers for the bonuses can be changed and also the purpose of the idea is indirectly tied to player count. You can still get pretty high with low player counts but it is meant as a way to increase participation in alliances. Boosting solo players defeats the point.
Also sorry i havent posted sooner, i kept forgeting to come back and check on this post
