Tom & Jerry for the knockout rounds, are the results considered as of Full Time?
EG: 1-1 at Full Time where a team goes on to win in Extra Time would be considered a draw result? (Assume same for penalties).
Only 90 minutes + 30 minutes will be counted, if it progresses to penalties it will be considered a draw, as in reality penalties only define the team that advances to the next game and not the number of goals played on the field.
