thank you for your responses, i guess i got bamboozled, I was either on a moon or a planet that has a metal mine or deut synth under construction. It's fine, at least I will not look for it anymore

I'm a bit confused about today's rewrads, I chose crystal mine but it doesn't seem I got a new level on the planet I was on and it doesn't appear in my inventory.
Can someone explains to me how is it supposed to work please ?
