I didnt as every community have separate "game", "news" section etc what they use in their native language.
org can be reference but not 100% info for their community

I understand you point off view.
Easiest way would be not to use GMT, BDT, CET ot CEST time at all and start using ST (server time). ST constant even when is summer winter time change and most off people use it on org when they communicate. Also using same time line on board and ingame is common sense. OFC now I am talking just about org not other community.

So GF send you sometimes CET and sometimes CEST? If that si the case it is bad habit from them.
Reference or not, every community have their own board section so also like that they should get their info in Server time.
Dont play other communities just org so I cant say do they use same server time as us. But with a little bit effort from Board stuff that can be easy to implement.
