On Monday 31st we will start merges in OGame.nl.
These are the group matches:
- Group 1 Exodus 107, 116, 124 Target 3
- Group 2 Exodus 123 and 135 Target 131
- Group 3 Exodus 132, 133 and 137 Target 136
Server 126 will be a secondary target for groups 1 and 2 and will keep its server settings.
Server 134 will be a secondary target of group 3 and will keep its server settings.
Final server settings of target servers in each group:
Group 1 server settings: Eco: 6x | Research: 12x | Fleet: 2x | Debris: 50% | Def debris: 0% | Galaxys: 6
Group 2 server settings: Eco: 7x | Research: 14x | Fleet: 3x | Debris: 50% | Def debris: 0% | Galaxys: 5
Group 3 server settings: Eco: 6x | Research: 12x | Fleet: 3x | Debris: 60% | Def debris: 0% | Galaxys: 5
The proccess to start merges will start on Monday 31st for Group 1.
The proccess to start merges will start on Tuesday 1st of September for groups 2 and 3.
The server selection process will be closed for all groups on Monday 7th of September.
The servers that are not part of the merge or that are target servers in NL will get the transfer item activated on Tuesday 1st of September. With this item, NL players that are part of target universes can buy the ticket in the shop and move to other target servers or even other countries.
General information about transfers
- After activating a transfer item, an icon appears below the left menu.
- Clicking the icon leads to the transfer page. It explains everything about the transfer and gives you a target selection as well as a list of requirements.
- You can’t perform the transfer if the requirements aren’t met (e.g. target server with a certain age limit, top rank considerations).
- Once you’ve chosen your target server, another popup asks you to confirm the selection before the transfer starts.
- After the transfer, you are automatically moved to your lobby. Your old account is banned. You might have to refresh the page after a couple of seconds to see the new server.
- An active planet move will proceed onto the new server. If the spot on the new server is already in use, it will be cancelled as usual.
- Wreckage is transferred. Debris fields are not transferred.
- Active boosters and trader bonuses (called trader, better percentage at the scrap merchant etc.) will be transferred.
- All marketplace messages will be redeemed.
- Messages will be erased (including favourites and combat reports).
- Chats will be erased.
- Buddies and ignored people will be erased.
- Building queues will be transferred and adjusted to the new server speed.
- Alliances are not copied. If a leader of an alliance leaves, it will be transferred to the right hand person, or if there is none, to the oldest member.
- Multiple accounts are possible with the item but can’t send fleets or perform marketplace transactions with each other. The multi account rule still applies. You can have 2 accounts on the same server so long as one account is permanently V-moded. You are not allowed to play more than 1 account in the same server.
- There is no cooldown between the use of 2 item transfers.
- You cannot use the item to transfer to another server if you have an ongoing bid, open marketplace offers, a MOONs item attack in place (not the warm up phase) or fleet flying.
- Active accounts will be transferred to V-mode, but the V-mode will wear off as soon as you log in on the target server.
- The daily bonus from Import/Export will be transferred.
- You can transfer your account to any OGame server of any community so long as it meets the requirements.
- The copy of your account in the exodus server will be banned once the account is available in the target server.
- The account will be logged out once the transfer happens.
- You can buy as many transfer items as you want, but only 1 will work at a time and the rest will be wasted.
- Transfer via App works.
Exodus-specific global merges
- If an Exodus phase starts, you will login to the Exodus transfer page and see a sign below your menu that leads to the Exodus page.
- You can’t register on a server that will go into Exodus.
- If there is a bid in place, the transfer will not start.
- You can’t activate a MOONS 48h before the end of the Exodus on a forced merge.
- There won’t be any new auctions 24h before the end of the exodus.
- If the Exodus end date is reached:
- In the event of a forced merge (when certain servers are marked as mandatory exodus), selecting a target manually and transferring to the target server earlier provides a reward. All commanding stuff will be active in the target server for as long as the exodus phase is active.
- All moving fleets are recalled instantly (Deuterium fuel costs will not be refunded!).
- Marketplace offers/requests will be cancelled, with the usual fee!
- Active accounts that did not pick a target will be merged randomly on a forced merge.
- Inactive accounts will be merged into a graveyard server with the option to pick a target server in any community if they become active.
- The graveyard server is not an active server. Registrations are closed.
- A merged account is in vacation mode until it first logs in, which automatically cancels the vacation mode.
Transfer limitations:
- You can’t transfer to servers that aren’t above a certain age.
- If you would land within the top 20 on a server, you can’t transfer to it.
- If you’d land within the top 20 on every possible server, you can choose all servers again (Basically: you always have at least 1 server you can transfer to).
Misc
- After a transfer (manual transfer or mass merge), the account will still stay around for 7 days before being erased automatically.
- After a mass merge, the user will NOT see this account anymore, as the server will be closed.
- After a normal Transfer, the User will still see his account in the lobby (shown as banned). It will be erased after 7 days.
- On the original server, the account will still be visible for other users until it is erased.
- The transfer-targets have a preselected country (your own), ignoring alphabetical order
- If you transfer manually, outside of an Exodus, you will not get a free relocation even if your slot is used by someone else and your planets are moved
- You cannot transfer to a server you have an account on already using manual transfer. Multiaccounts can only happen because of the mass merge, not a manual transfer out of it.
- This ALSO counts ships and defense that are currently being built! Every ship and defense that is being built right now already counts as finished highscore points that will be taken into calculation.
- You cannot transfer to a server where you have more than the average in resources.
- Accounts marked for deletion in exodus servers will not be transfered.
